10 Fully Customized Schoolies build-out quote
Three currently finished and available for sale. A sale of all three Red Velvet, MegaDate Tea House, and Transit Delux. The three fully finished custom conversions for a packaged sale priced of $215,500, $55,000 off of market price.
Seven Van Conversions done in a similar style as past builds pictured, but with smaller utilities as desired and a more stream-lined design. Ideally, the project vision team will give me and my crew a storyboard of images of which we can customize each build into a work of art that matches the ascetic of the business, people, and place. We can also add accents and decor in the three finished conversions so that they match the finished ascetic of the entire fleet.
Each design will be unique and artfully charismatic. The utilities and space layout will be custom designed to be parked on site and also used for short weekend trips around the island. It is possible to make certain buildouts more robustly set-up for longer trips with more sizable utilities if desired. They will be elegantly painted with a stencil, or for an added price could be painted by good friend and landmate Miles Toland. Miles has painted my conversions before and we could work out pricing with him separately.

Time Table
From the moment we finalize the design, each conversion will take me and my 3 person crew 3 weeks to complete, for a total of 21 weeks for the entire fleet of seven. Three vehicles can be stored at my shop at a time, otherwise a local storage fee will have to be paid of $80/vehicle per month for each additional vehicle.
